合同履約期限：本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年08月起至2026年07月。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務，在此期間所產生的相關費用，待項目采購完成后由中標人按中標價折算支付給原服務單位，費用按中標價/365*原單位服務天數計算。        

The Contract Period: The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from August 2025 to July 2026. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. The related expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the winning bidder based on the winning bid price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated based on the winning bid price/365 * the number of service days of the original unit.

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. (2) Welfare units for disabled people and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）具備省市級公安部門核發的有效的《保安服務許可證》；
（5）本項目不允許轉包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law; (4) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) This project does not allow subcontracting.        

(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定；

(i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；

(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
