(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時小型和微型企業(yè)產品享受10%的價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and the products of small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount at the time of evaluation. (2) Support prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.        

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）本項目不允許轉包。
