(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向小微企業(yè)采購，評審時小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。 （2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；        

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: this project is specially designed for small and micro enterprises to purchase, and the products of small and micro enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review.
