(For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目預(yù)算服務(wù)期限為1年，日期為2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。（本次采購(gòu)工作完成前由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次中標(biāo)人非原服務(wù)單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務(wù)費(fèi)，待項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)?fù)瓿珊笥芍袠?biāo)人按中標(biāo)價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費(fèi)用。）本項(xiàng)目采取招一續(xù)二的形式，對(duì)工作質(zhì)量考核達(dá)標(biāo)的中標(biāo)人可以續(xù)標(biāo)，服務(wù)期限合計(jì)不超過(guò)三年，即合同一年一簽，最長(zhǎng)不超過(guò)三年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。 The Contract Period: The budget service period of this project is 1 year, and the date is from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025End of day. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the price discount of small and medium-sized enterprise products is not implemented during the review.
