合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日至2025年12月31日。在本次采購結(jié)束前，由原服務(wù)單位繼續(xù)履行任務(wù)。如本次成交供應(yīng)商非原服務(wù)商，則新成交供應(yīng)商按照成交單價(jià)折算支付給原服務(wù)單位在此相應(yīng)期間服務(wù)件數(shù)的費(fèi)用。

The Contract Period: from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2025. Before the end of this procurement, the original service unit will continue to perform the task. If the supplier of this transaction is not the original service provider, the new supplier of the transaction shall pay the original service unit the cost of the number of services provided during the corresponding period according to the conversion of the transaction price.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目不是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價(jià)格折扣。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specially for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the reviewes; 2) Supporting welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
（4）本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
