The project plans to employ a third-party professional organization to review the energy conservation of the purchaser's fixed assets investment projects through competitive consultation, so as to improve energy utilization efficiency, promote industrial structure adjustment, optimize the energy structure, and strengthen the control of total energy consumption and the source management of energy conservation and consumption reduction. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履約期限：本項目服務期為合同簽訂之日起至2025年12月31日，在本次采購結束前，由原服務單位繼續履行任務。如本次成交供應商非原服務商，則新成交供應商按照成交折扣率折算支付給原服務單位在此相應期間服務件數的費用。 The Contract Period: The service period of this project is from the date of contract signing to December 31, 2025. Before the end of this procurement, the original service unit will continue to perform the tasks.
