By providing a full range of data and technical support, it helps to improve the efficiency of land management. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目不是專門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)產(chǎn)品享受10%的價(jià)格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprise products enjoy a 10% price discount during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
