The purchaser can renew the service contract with the winning bidder according to the evaluation results. If the annual assessment is not passed or the project content and price change greatly (the change range exceeds 10% of the original contract procurement amount), the contract will not be renewed and the purchase will be re-purchased. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
