In order to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the entire conference system, the project intends to select a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the high-definition video conference system and local equipment in the conference room through an open way. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements). 合同履約期限：本項目預(yù)算金額所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為2025年01月01日至2025年12月31日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務(wù)商繼續(xù)履行服務(wù)，如本次成交供應(yīng)商非原服務(wù)商，則新成交供應(yīng)商按照成交價折算支付給原服務(wù)單位相應(yīng)的服務(wù)費用，費用按成交總價/365*原單位服務(wù)天數(shù)計算。 The Contract Period: The period of service covered by the budget amount of this project is from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2025.
