The specific work content includes: scanning the building with a batch of panoramic cameras, preliminarily sorting out the suspected illegal construction parts, using drone shooting, screening whether it is illegal construction, reviewing the drawings of the suspected illegal construction points found to the relevant departments and comparing them, confirming the illegal construction parts, illegal building size, calculating the area, making illegal construction lists, and completing document production as required. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向小微企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)小微企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and micro enterprises to procure, and the products of small and micro enterprises will not be subject to price discounts during the review.
