2、須系我國境內依法設立的法人組織；
3、其他資格要求：施工現場項目管理機構擬派人員配備要求：人員配備要求（人）：5；崗位、數量、資格要求：*園林項目負責人（園林專業中級職稱）1人、安全員1人、質量員1人、材料員1人、中級園林綠化工1人（班組負責人）。
說明：1）上述人員配備數量和崗位要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術復雜的項目，供應商可根據項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎上適當增加技術管理人員、施工員等人數；
2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業人員項目負責人電子信息卡或《園林綠化施工企業項目負責人質量安全生產考核合格證書》同時具備園林專業中級職稱，且無在建項目記錄；
3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業是指：園林（園林規劃設計、園林植物、風景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業等）、園藝、城市規劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環境藝術、風景旅游等專業；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1.
