二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

Must have the Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate issued by the competent department of natural resources according to law, the qualification level must be B or above, and the business scope includes boundary line and real estate surveying and mapping; 3. It has not been included in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, major tax law and trust-breaking subjects, and serious illegal and trust-breaking behaviors of government procurement by Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) or www.ccgp.gov.cn; 4. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law in China; 5. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
