3、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質；
4、具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
5、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業二級及其以上注冊建造師執業資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
6、業績要求：無；
7、其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within China; 3, with the construction of general contracting grade III and above qualification; 4, with safety production license (valid period); 5. The person in charge of the proposed project shall be qualified as a registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in the construction engineering specialty, and shall have an effective safety production assessment certificate, and shall not be the project leader of other construction projects under construction; 6.
