The implementation scope covers 36 streets and towns in the entire district, including the decoration of excavation sites for soil strips, disposal and unloading points for engineering waste, transportation vehicles for waste, emergency points, and other temporary assigned points. 二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation.
