The physical examination items include blood routine (five classifications), serum aspartate aminotransferase, serum alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, urea, creatinine, uric acid, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, carcinoembryonic antigen, alpha-fetoprotein, urinalysis, glycosylated hemoglobin (HBA1C), abdominal ultrasound (hepatobiliary, pancreatic and spleen) and breakfast supply. 二、申請人的資格要求

(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時(shí)小型和微型企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格扣除優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and micro enterprises will not implement price deduction preferences during the review.
