(For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements) 合同履約期限：一次采購兩年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經過采購人考核合格后，合同續簽一年。本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為2025年06月01日至2026年05月31日。本合同服務期限屆滿時，中標人所提供的服務經考核不合格的，采購人有權不與中標人續約，且無須給予中標人任何賠償、補償。 The Contract Period: a purchase is valid for two years, the contract is signed once a year, and the contract is renewed for one year after passing the purchaser's assessment every year.
