Estimated number of physical examinations: 22,500 (subject to the actual number). (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements) 合同履約期限：合同簽訂之日起至2025年10月31日。 The Contract Period: The contract is signed from the date of signing to October 31, 2025. 本項目（否）接受聯合體投標。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業均不執行價格折扣優惠；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and small and medium-sized enterprises do not implement price discounts during the review; (2) Welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
