In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the project intends to select a qualified supplier to maintain the relevant software and hardware through public bidding. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目是專門面向小微企業采購，評審時小微企業均不執行價格折扣優惠； （2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy to support small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and micro enterprises, and small and micro enterprises do not implement price discounts during the evaluation; (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises.
