3、具有水利水電工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有水利水電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
6、業(yè)績要求：無；
7、其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not concurrently serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
