(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement reserved quota measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support small and medium-sized enterprise policies: This project is specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises to procure, and the products of small and medium-sized enterprises are not subject to price discounts during the review. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Have the "Medical Institution Practice License" issued by the health administrative department;
