The main tasks include assisting in financial investment promotion, assisting in financial services for the local economy, assisting in enterprise listing services, assisting in financial risk prevention, and managing the financial information system, etc. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.) 合同履約期限：2025 年01 月01 日至 2025 年 12 月 31 日。根據本項目服務工作不能中斷的實際情況，經采購人決定在本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續履行服務（詳見招標文件） The Contract Period: From January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業政策：本項目不是專門面向中小企業采購，評審時小型和微型企業產品享受10%的價格折扣；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policies for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from small and micro enterprises enjoy a 10% price discount. (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treating them as small and micro enterprises. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. (i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
