Including: 1 set of 5-ton one machine one box dry garbage compression equipment, 3 sets of 5-ton one machine two box dry garbage compression equipment, 2 sets of 8-ton one machine one box dry garbage compression equipment, 5 sets of 8-ton one machine two box dry garbage compression equipment, 2 sets of 5-ton spiral compression equipment, and 9 sets of 8-ton integrated wet garbage compression equipment. Warranty period: Not less than 3 years from the date of acceptance. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履約期限：合同簽訂后120天內(nèi)供貨至采購(gòu)人指定地點(diǎn)完成安裝調(diào)試，并通過驗(yàn)收。 The Contract Period: Within 120 days after the contract is signed, the goods shall be supplied to the designated location of the purchaser for installation and commissioning, and shall pass the acceptance inspection. 本項(xiàng)目（否）接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）扶持監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；（3）優(yōu)先采購(gòu)節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品政策：在技術(shù)、服務(wù)等指標(biāo)同等條件下，對(duì)財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕18號(hào)和財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕19號(hào)文公布的節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品品目清單中的產(chǎn)品實(shí)行優(yōu)先采購(gòu)；對(duì)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品品目清單中以“★”標(biāo)注的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)行強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)。供應(yīng)商須提供具有國(guó)家確定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的、處于有效期之內(nèi)的認(rèn)證證書方能享受優(yōu)先采購(gòu)或強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)政策。 （4）購(gòu)買國(guó)貨政策：本項(xiàng)目不接受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: Please refer to the Chinese version of the announcement for details (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); (4) This project does not allow subcontracting.
