It is planned to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to allocate work forces to 4 comprehensive grids, responsible for the patrol and discovery of various urban management issues within the town, the reporting of work orders, immediate handling, platform circulation, case closure verification, etc., under the business guidance and team management of the Tang Town Urban Operation Management Center. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements.) 合同履約期限：自2025年8月1日至2026年7月31日。 The Contract Period: From August 1st, 2025 to July 31st, 2026. 本項(xiàng)目（否）接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially for purchasing small and medium-sized enterprises, and small and medium-sized enterprises do not implement price discounts during the evaluation; (2) Welfare units for the disabled and treat them as small and micro enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. (i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
